How to be polymorped (non casters)

Advice

Hi guys, I need your help!
My group needs a reliable (and rechargeable) way to change the form of the body they own.
But we have a problem, since it must happen for everyone and the majority of spell of polymorph are self only, so non-spellcaster have a problem.
Anything Paizo is allowed (but not 3.5), we have no money problem, mythic is ok, but no arcanists (that was our first plan).
We are waiting for your ideas :D!

If it is primarily a cosmetic issue then I would suggest a Hat of Disguise, or a Greater Hat of Disguise for slightly less cosmetic changes.

EDIT:

Using the guidelines for magic items creation, you can craft or make someone craft items that cast a given spell X/day upon command.
For example, a cape that uses Polymorph (level 5 spell) 1/day upon command, if crafted by a Wizard at minimum CL, would cost (other than the cost of the mundane cape) 16,200 gp (Command word: Spell level x caster level x 1,800 gp / Charges per day: Divide by [5 divided by charges per day]).

We need to mask as BIG creatures, so the hats are not enough.

Custom items are truly awesome, but GM scared us with a mere look before saying:"You are free to use custom items, but I can use them better. Beware this."

We are still allowed to add other magic abilities from other magic item (up to 3 per item, this time he's fairly nice) without "consequence"...

We need to appear as a monstrous party of guys who traverses the planes for fun, glory and treasure. Imagine something like this:
Wizard: Dragon
Barbarian: Troll
Rogue: Ghost
Cleric: Angel
Ranger: Calikang

And so on.

If the wizard is cool with sacrificing sufficient spell slots or everyone chips in Pearls of Power he could take over your bodies with Marionette Possession and then polymorph you. Might want a couple of Extend rods to keep the party going for longer personal appearances.

Or just like, cast Veil. Close enough.

Sovereign Court

Veil is frankly the best choice here. If your enemies have true seeing, even if you are polymorphed, this isn't going to help.

Who will inspect us does not have access to anything greater than 4th level of spellcasting. But they are smart and they'll test us. We can refuse to be tested via Dispel Magic (depending on the plane we could die without Planar Adaption, that's a reasonable excuse), but we could receive arbitrary continuous elemental damage (elemental resistance test), run through the stone wall (earth elemental), fly while silenced so no spellcasting (winged things), positive energy test (polymorphing into undead makes you vulnerable), etc etc. Illusions works while word are enough, so Veil covers the duration limitation.

Marionette Possession trick is good! We still lack the opportunity of using this on ourselves, we may split the party.

I quite certain you can't polymorph into something undead, certainly not into a ghost as that is a template and not a creature.

You should read the spell description for polymorph, it has pretty strict restrictions on what you can turn into.

Undead Anatomy can make me an undead.
And about the "ghost", I was referring to the incorporeal ability. My bad.

That is certainly a possibility, but turning into anything incorporeal requires an 8th level spell (Undead Anatomy IV), whatever item you use to create that effect is going to be expensive if it is even within your means to create/aquire.

Honestly, this might be simpler if this was all artifact driven - artifacts are not as limited in rules as other items.

Scarab Sages

The greater hat of disguise would work regardless of how big the thing using it is. It functions as alter self so it is a polymorph to a small or medium humanoid.
