They both modify wildshape. Therefore, you cannot combine them.

We always get a lot of questions like this, It apparently isn't as clear as it should be to new players.

Anything that modifies, alters, removes, enhances, exchanges, merges, or duplicates something prevent it from stacking with another archetype that does any of those to the same ability.

RAW probally not.

RAI, they could stack. One delays wild shape, another only removes a use (no other change). Ask your GM.

They have explained RAI in FAQ and other places. RAI it doesn't stack.

The thing you meant to say is "GM could allow it for fun in games".
