Scarab Sages

I've been looking at the amount of time necessary to create a large demiplane (immortal mage so they can spend it if needed) but it is considerable so I was thinking of creating a magic item that I merely need to activate so here's what I have put together and I just want to get more experienced item creators views on if its too cheap/expensive?

Gem of creation.
Can cast "Create Greater Demi-Plane", "Create Mythic Greater Demi-Plane" or "Augmented Create Greater Demi-Plane" up to 4 times per day. Any use counts to this limit e.g. using it to cast create greater demi-plane you only have 3 uses left that day. Additionally to use either of the mythic variants you need to use 1 or 2 uses of mythic power as if you were casting the spell yourself and it takes the same time to cast the spell as you would (i.e. if you activate it you need to wait 6 hours as it charges up and casts the spell).

Here's my calculations . . .

Command Word (and mythic power) activated
9 (spell level) times 20 (their caster level) times 1,800 = 324,000 GP
Charges per day limit
324,000 divided by (5 divided by 4) = 259,200 GP
No Space Limit
259,200 times 2 = 518,400 GP
Multiple Abilities
518,400 times 1.5 = 777,600 GP

Final Price: 777,600 GP

Yes this is pretty much the entire WBL of a 20th level character but the item creation is more GM crafting that player.

No one has any opinion at all?

Well the thing is if you are an immortal mage...casting the spells repeatedly to make your plane big is frankly not an issue. You have all the time in the world.

But well guess if you really want an opinion on this...heh I wouldn't bother with an item like that.
