Helm of the Mammoth Lords Gore attack question

Is the Gore a Primary or Secondary attack?
When used by a being that already possesses natural attacks, is it still considered Primary/Secondary?

And while a gore attack is normally a natural attack...is the gore from the tusks of the helm considered a natural attack?

Looking at the bestiary entry for natural weapons, it lists gore default as primary.

Primary/secondary is figured out for each attack. Having multiple ones doesn't change any of the designations. So every natural attack stays the same. This only changed when you mix manufactured weapons with natural ones and all natural attacks change to secondary.

It remains a natural attack.
