I have a question , is the spell summon vanth from Pathfinder Adventure Path #80 "Empty Graves" legal to play with. a friend says yes, but I donty own empty graves. is it legal to play at all?

If it's on page 28, yes. Otherwise, no.

Summon Vanth is legal as it's on page 28. However, you'll need to own a copy of both Empty Graves and Bestiary 4 to use it.

Archives of Nethys puts it on page 28, and says it's PFS legal.

I only mention it because you don't own the copy. Normally I'd just say look at Additional Resources, but Archives has gotten pretty good at these things.
