Other ways of qualifying for arcane spell-casting ?

Rules Questions

Hi all

My question goes to whether or not arcane strike can become available to other builds than the traditional arcane caster. The feat description says "the ability to cast arcane spells", but how is that defined?

Specifically, would any of the following builds qualify:

1) A rogue using rogue trick to gain spell casting ability?
2) A divine caster with two-world magic selecting an arcane cantrip?
3) A quingong monk with spell-like abilities?
4) Eldritch heritage combinations?

Any other ways of accomplishing this?
What of the per-caster level progression of arcane strike if the caster has both arcane and divine caster levels?

Thanks in advance

Sorry, I should add... other ways except taking a dip in a arcane caster class.

Any arcane SLA would allow you to qualify.

You'd use your arcane caster level, but with most SLA, it's equal to your character level (however, any caster level increasing feats/traits you applied to your divine caster level would not apply).

i think most sla will work.

but i don't think #2 "A divine caster with two-world magic selecting an arcane cantrip? " does, as it only increases your selection of spells. it makes that spell go into the divine list. when you cast it you are actuly casting a devine version of the arcane spell.

#4 also don't think will work as i don't remmebr any spells you gain from the bloodline powers(you don't get the blood line spells when you take this feat. only the powers. and inless im mistaken very few of them are even SLA (maybe the orc powere that enlarge might work)

1) yes
2) ?, I think not the indication is that the spell is cast as a divine spell but am unaware of any ruling on this.
3) yes but be careful because most of the SLAs are not arcane and wouldn't work
4) yes

CL for arcane strike purposes = the same as the CL for an arcane spell or SLA which the character can cast/activate. for the first example CL = rogue class level, for the second CL = divine spell caster class level, for the third CL = monk class level, for the fourth CL = character level -2.

1) traits
many traits grants an arcane SLA which can qualify for arcane strike but note that CL = 1 or arcane class level so the arcane strike doesn't level up with the character. there is one trait (alluring) which grants daze using CL = Character Level but it is a faith trait and the SLA might be the divine version instead of the arcane version. if you want to be really slimy, there are several kobold race traits which have a CL = Character Level which can in theory be acquired by taking the adopted trait and being adopted by kobolds.

2) racism
some races (those from Faerie for instance) have the ability to cast arcane SLAs as a racial trait and/or alternate racial trait which can be used to qualify for arcane strike.
