Caster level for SLAs from Deific Obedience?

Is the caster level of the SLAs granted by the various Deific Obedience stated anywhere? Or at the least, is there some combination of rules text that at least implies what it should be?

I'd assume it's character level, but after quickly going through the feat and the associated prestige classes, it doesn't actually be written down.

Since The SLA is derived from a feat, and not a class feature, it would be character level unless the feat itself says different.
