Dear Paizo Customer Service-

I received my subscription post today and yet there were no promo cards within the package. I cleared the box of all peanuts, lifted the bottom flaps and still nothing. If you could please include these with January's subscription I would greatly appreciate it.

Side note: Is there a reason why the Goblins HC shipped by itself and not with my subscription order for January as it was not available when the final payment cleared for Decembers shipment. I await your reply.

The warehouse has been putting the promo cards inside the deck box itself for Deck 4, to secure them in transit. If you haven't yet, can you please check inside the actual deck box, and let me know if the promo cards are in there?

It looks like the Goblin HC was in its own order, instead of the sidecart, so it shipped as soon as it became available.
