Greetings. I ordered two t-shirts on November 11th. All I ever see is "pending". This tells me there is little to no chance these are going to be IN MY POSSESSION by Christmas. I'm really pretty upset with your shipping standards as I always have problems with orders I place. I want my order cancelled and it is highly unlikely I will ever order from you again. I'm pretty mad and seeing an attachment saying shipping takes up to 60 days is just crap. Not to mention your postage is outrageous for having to wait this long. Cancel my order 3368174 and make reimburse any payments made back to the card it was charged to.

I'm sorry to see this order hasn't shipped yet. As you requested, it has been cancelled.

Please note that most t-shirts are special order items, which is why the item description has a listed Product Availability of shipping from our warehouse isn 15 to 45 or 15 to 60 business days.

Our shipping is calculated based on a number of shipping restrictions, and the weight and volume of the items being shipping. The shipping prices we offer on our website are the amount we pay for shipping, as its not our goal to make any profit on the costs of shipping. We only have one warehouse here at Paizo that we ship all of our products from, whereas other companies may have more warehouse which allow them to ship from a large range of locations, significantly reducing their cost of shipping since they're shipping from a much closer location.
