Question regarding Rage Prophet and Rage Powers

If say I had a level 2 Barbarian / 5 Oracle / 4 Rage Prophet;

Would I be able to use the Extra Rage Power Feat and get a 6th level Barbarian Rage Power?

I am trying to find out if anything in the Rage Prophet class allows this to happen. The reason for this is the following paragraph in which I am not sure applies.

Savage Seer: A rage prophet's class level stacks with barbarian levels for determining the effect of rage powers, and with oracle levels for determining the effect of oracle revelations and his oracle's curse. This does not grant additional abilities.

Anyone? I know Rage Prophet is not too popular so there might not be enough of a big knowledge base about this, but I would like an opinion or definitive answer on this.

Easy.
We are talking about effects, not level prerequisites.
So no lv 3(and 3+) rage powers.

We know the rage prophet doesn't give you the ability to get higher leveled oracle revelations, Id expect the ruling to be the same for barbarian rage powers.

EDIT: In fact, the FAQ calls out Rage Powers as well

Sweet! Thanks Burko that's exactly the type of answer I was looking for. Not for the one I hoped for, but at least I have resolution on the matter.

It only affects a few revelations mostly it affects barbarian rage powers, which goes to support the theory the rage prophet was meant to just be a mean caster.
