Consecrate with multi-shrines

Rules Questions

"You cannot consecrate an area with a similar fixture of a deity other than your own patron."

So if I am a cleric The Good God, and go into a temple of The Bad God, I cannot consecrate the temple of The Bad God.

If I, a cleric of The Good God, go into a temple of The Other Good God, I still can't consecrate the place. Which seems silly, but fine.

If I, a cleric of The Good God, go into the temple of Goodness, which not only has a shrine to The Other Good God, who is not my patron god, but ALSO has a SECOND shrine, to The Good God, who is my patron, would I be able to Consecrate the area?

If I have a portable little shine in my backpack, and go into the Temple of Evil, are the cleric there suddenly unable to cast Consecrate, because of my second shrine? (I may have to take it out and get it all set up first.)
