The Summon Monster ability of a Summoner states, "In addition, he can expend uses of this ability to fulfill the construction requirements of any magic item he creates, so long as he can use this ability to cast the required spell."
If a Summoner uses his Summon Monster ability to Craft a Wand of Monster Summoning then does the Summoned Monster take a standard action to activate and last 1 minute/level as the Summon Monster Ability or does it take a full round to activate and last 1 round/level like a normal Summon Monster spell?
If the Wand uses the SLA rules for quicker activation and longer duration then does it have the same limitation as the SLA (cannot be active when eidolon or another monster is summoned)?
