Newb Question? for someone who is not a newb Ragecycling

Rules Questions

So I have heard about and read about Ragecycling but I do not know what it is. Can you please explain and give an example
Thanks

It is starting Rage, using a 1/Rage ability, ending Rage. Then starting the cycle again. Thus you could use Spell Sunder multiple times per combat.

Grand Lodge

Finding a way to become immune to fatigue so one can freely enter and exit rage with no limits. Popular option is Lame Oracle 1/Barbarian X This allows bypassing some of the detriments in some cases. Don't want to lose 2 AC for the entire round? Enter rage at the start of your turn, hit your enemy, and then end the rage, having expended 1 round of your rage. You don't go into fatigue, which means you can do the same thing on your turn in the next round.

Combat begins!

Hulk initiates his rage. Hulk is angry at puny enemy's sword, so Hulk uses Strength Surge and smashes puny sword! Hulk strong.

Puny enemy is a wily foe, and draws a second sword to attack. Hulk is displeased.

Hulk's turn comes again, and Hulk would like to smash puny sword again. But Strength Surge can only be used once per rage. Hulk is a wise Hulk though, and took a dip in Oracle for the Lame Curse. Because he also has eight levels of Barbarian (total level 9th, Oracle's Curse level 5th), Hulk is immune to Fatigue! Hulk ends his rage and laughs at weak fatigue penalty. Then Hulk begins a new rage! Hulk uses Strength Surge to smash puny weakling's sword.

Puny weakling is smashed next. Hulk is pleased.

You don't even need the oracle level.

As long as you have a GM who is relatively open to custom items you can pick up a Cord of Stubborn Resolve and then add strength enhancements to it as though it were a belt of Physical Might.

There's also a rage power to change the penalty to sickened + an ioun stone that negates sickened. Probably a few other ways too, but those are the only three I remember off-hand.

Yeah, but it's the other way around (stone changes types, rage power grants immunity when in range).

Allnight and Heart of the Fields combined also work.

Another reason why someone would want to rage cycle is the feat Furious Finish. Lots and lots of damage.

Or a bloodrager, to cast something like True Strike on themselves every turn as a free action.
