Armor Spikes and Multiple Limbs

Question: Armor Spikes supposedly cover an entire suit of armor, or most of it for that matter. Can a character with multiple limbs, say a Kasatha, use the same spikes as both primary and off hand weapon?

So for example, he has multi-weapon fighting, can he use the Armor Spikes for all four of his attacks that turn (one primary hand attack and 3 off-hand attacks) or can he just make a primary hand attack with the spikes and then he would be required to make his remaining off-hand attacks using other weapons?

Armor spikes are collectively a single weapon.

I see, I guess I will have to change my build. That said so assume the said Kasatha had Armor Spikes and Four Kukris. Can he attack with the Armor Spikes as a primary attack, since it does not require a hand to hold, then the four Kukris as off-hand attacks?

No, the Kasatha only has 4 "hands," not 5, just as a normal human has only two "hands."

Okay thank you very much for the clarifications.
