Dear Paizo Customer Service-
I noticed that Order 3259352, containing my Goblins Comic HC, is still pending. Upon looking at the product page I noticed it is back ordered. I thought if I pre-ordered it prior to the books release I was guaranteed to get it. I know there have been some issues with side carts the past few months so if you could shed some light on this matter I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and have a pleasant day.
It looks like the system switched it to backorder since our initial shipment has been delayed.
Basically, it looks like we are still waiting to get them in, but are expecting them very soon.
