Shadow Mastiff ninja. I may not have thumbs, but at least I have some capacity to manipulate my environment. I could be wrong, but I think I'd be able to put more ninja abilities to use as a shadow mastiff as opposed to various paladin abilities I couldn't use as an armless ball of light.

Copper peices. Easier to get away with.

Would you rather play a wildshaping druid that changes into a huge dinosaur in a campaign where many of the buildings and caves are too small for a 15ft tall dinosaur to fit inside, or a barbarian in a campaign where you fight on the open plains a lot and enemies start several hundred feet from where you are standing?
The druid because there are other options besides big dinosaurs.
Would you rather play in a game where the GM strictly enforces the limit on character gen and follows a very story line campaign or play with a GM who works with the players to make their character concept works and runs a campaign that is based on what the PCs do.

Level one elf. Lives his life with a high preform check. In a few hindered years, he's middle age, and richer then most level 15 PC's. Preform checks, man. Op in a few hindered years.

EDIT: Giant spider that could talk. I'd be hideous, sure, but then I could learn spells and polymorph myself into something else without worrying about needless feat investment. I'd eventually get PaO, and become whatever I want forever (with 8th level spell, instead of 6th).

If I absolutely had to, a devil for bypassing the lemure stage, unless the demon allowed me instant apotheosis into succubus with my memories intact (I'd also settle for incubus), at which point I'd immediately leave to go serve under Nocticula, and use that realm to find a way to the heavenly places for redemption. If neither of those are options, the devil, because at least that way I'd be guaranteed to get something out of it.
Would you rather play an elf, a drow, a noble drow, or an aasimar (or tiefling) who had one of those as the "base" creatures (and which)?
Clothing. Anything else would be too awkward.
Presuming clothing was covered, masterwork mithril piecemeal armor that maximizes my dexterity bonus.

I'd go with one of the super-wealthy classes (probably long-lived, probably an arcane caster) and pay for hordes of allies and assistants to go through the dungeons with me. The most likely is something along the lines of a wizard, really. It'd let me adventure the most safely. If I could choose a mythic character, however, it'd be rogue with the minor arcana talent and the archmage path (dual-pathed to heirophant), for reasons I mentioned above.

The latter. I'd totes be lawful good, and a paladin (or maybe an oracle). It'd be awesome. (Also, I don't know what the discipline of abomination is, so...)

oracle, because then I have a reason to do stupid stuff.
Especially if I take the shattered psyche curse and the winter mystery, then I am allowed to go about and freeze people and drool all over myself.
Also, I don't have to wear pants anymore because I am technically crazy.

The first one, I just finished a fun game of advanced dungeons and dragons over Skype with some college friends
Just because the edition changes doesn't mean that you have to change with it

137ben: Depends on the definition of "have to" - using the colloquial, I'd give it the good old college try, and move on.
Lord Foul II: Hm... I'd first check to see whether or not I was evil; if I was, I'd go for the helm, and if I wasn't I'd become an undead (probably a super-well-preserved juju zombie) and put on the amulet of strangulation.

Treat dogs right and they will love you forever, a smart horse probably wouldn't appriciate being ridden, it would just be awkward for everybody.

Awaken Dog...mostly because a awakened horse might not want to be ridden anymore. A awakened dog can be useful and not end up in a annoying saturation.

City of brass. I'd become a slave quickly, but I wouldn't be tortured into becoming a demon, and some slaves are treated quite well.
QUASI-EDIT: regular horse. Dire wolf is cool, but vicious; as a father, I'd prefer to keep horses to dire wolves.

I'd rather do the genie, more room for fun things to be done to the hapless adventurers.
Would you rather generate you character's statistics by 4d6 re-rolling 1's and 2's and keeping the highest 3 until you have your six stats

roll 4d6 keeping the highest three, re-rolling anything below a ten, and doing this 36 times arranging as rolled into a 6x6 gri, then selecting either a row or column to assign to your stats.
The latter, while a bit confusing and much more complex and time-consuming, sounds more fun and is more likely to yield higher distributions, I think, so I'd go with it.

a camp being podcast, because I can't sit through much, though my speakers are malfunctioning and have a tendancy to subtly, but noticably change in volume, produce a loud, grating buzzing sound that literally can only be fixed by smacking them hard enough and requiring me to hold the earbud cord a certain way.

An intelligent discussion with a cleric of Calistria. Temptation may exist due to the nature of the cleric and whatever topics she's intellectually capable of (and she may well be a better arguer than I over our differences), but I'd enjoy the discussion. Also, I'm married and my wife isn't a cleric of Irori (which may well be quite sexy), hence avoiding that... whole... thing. :)

Mostly to see all of the feat combinations and what wacky stuff already exists in the CRB

The second. There's only a few books I really want, and there's always the SRD for those I Don't if they suddenly become unaffordable. Plus, if that was the case, the resale value, even for my most worn books, would probably shoot up considerably. And Hyper Puppies probably won't limit themselves to JUST my books.

The one who doesn't know the rules. I'm always for encouraging new gamers and new DMs, plus as long as he's not being severely antagonistic I can handle the "hold on, I forget what this does again."
