If I've lost the sheet on which I record which deck upgrades I've taken from completing scenarios can a recall this data off this website?

Do DM's save that information when they log your completed a scenarios?

I have a notebook I keep this information in, but I only log "Blessing B", "Item 1", or similar. If you'd played any game with me, I'd be able to tell you whether you took a Weapon 1, but I couldn't tell you that you took, say, a +1 boarding pike.

Someone can tell me if I'm doing this wrong, but I only list the same information on my log sheets--"item B" rather than "spyglass", for example.

Even that amount of information is more than the site requires, as it only asks for the card type ("item", for example, rather than "item 1").

Hmmm... that is interesting.
I was hoping that this site would log more information than that. Thus the information would be stored virtually so you could pick it up and play anywhere in the world.
(Something I'll need to do when I head from Canada to South Africa next year)

No. It's actually your responsibility to keep track of your chronicle sheets and your chronicle sheets are the true system of record. This is mostly an artifact of PFS.

The actual reporting system itself doesn't have a lot of detail, it only records the type of reward taken, not what exactly was taken. I suppose it could be done, but the current system isn't really set up to do it; the responsibility for doing that should also be up to the players. It's a lot of burden for the coordinator to fill out a dozen decklists. It's worse if it's a convention event or something similar.

Anyway, I do this bookkeeping myself on the site (see my profile). The other way is to scan your Chronicle sheets as soon as you get home.

The Exchange

I have taken to using one of the community created reporting sheets and keeping it in a binder with the rest of my paperwork after each session. If folks choose to fill in the exact card they are taking it would allow for this sort of reconstruction.

I would love to see an app that tracks your deck, both for OP and Adventure mode in case one loses their papers.
