Skeletal Champions and Zombie Lords with class levels?

Advice

Are there any rules regarding HOW one can use Animate Dead(or another spell?) to raise a zombie or skeleton as a Zombie Lord or Skeletal Champion? Any rules on whether they can come back with class levels? Are there any particular builds or certain spells/rituals that need to be cast/performed to raise templated undead like these? Ideally I would like my zombies to be Plague Zombie Lords and my skeletons to be Bloody Skeletal Champions.

I intend to have 1-2 of each as servants for my Summoner(Spirit Summoner archetype: Bones) once she is able to cast Animate Dead. These will serve as lieutenants to my undead forces, with Makhai(my Eidolon) acting as an undead general.

You need Create Undead which Summoner's don't get, thankfully.

Both can have class levels.

Are there any ways to learn out-of-class spells that I'm not thinking of that would allow me to pick up Create Undead?

There is the Samsaran Mystic Past Life, though you'd only gain access to the spell when you would normally gain 6th-level spells.

Any other ways or options for acquiring Create Undead? My character is a Half-Elf so the Samsaran alternate trait is a no go.

Use Magic Device with scrolls/wands/staffs.

Remember, you need a way to control the undead.

Last idea, leadership feat to gain a grave lord cleric cohort. This will give you access to the spell via cohort, but you will have to wait till level 13 I believe. (but hey, you are building an undead army, you need an army of grave diggers to transport the corpses home for animation anyway)
