Our warehouse is still catching up on the craziness from the Great Golem Sale last month and everyone is working to get things out as quickly as they can. (General status updates available over here.)
When I went down this morning, it looked like they were mostly working on orders from October 30th, so they should be catching up to the 31st sometime soon.
