AOO and spells

is there any way to cast a spell as part of an AOO like quicken or something?

Yea, Mythic Quicken Spell. The only other thing I can think of is more like a workaround by having a charge of a touch spell (like frostbite) and making the AoO with a natural weapon or unarmed strike.
