Does the Swift Poison rogue talent stack with the Poison Expertise Sentinel Boon?

Swift Poison (Ex): A rogue with this talent can apply poison to a weapon as a move action, instead of a standard action.

Poison Expertise (Ex): Long practice has taught you how to deftly apply poison during combat. You can apply poison to a weapon or a single piece of ammunition as a move action. You never risk exposing yourself to the effects of the poison when applying it to the weapon, nor do you run the risk of poisoning yourself if you roll a natural 1 on an attack roll with a poisoned weapon.

By having both these class features, would it reduce poison application to a weapon to a swift action?

Why would two features that specifically turn poisoning a weapon into a move action somehow end up with a swift action poisoning? A move is a move. Nothing like that combines unless it specifically says it does.

Nope. They would only work that way if one of them said it took the action down to the next lower step from its current position.

Example: Inexplicable Reload (Ex): At 11th level, loading a crossbow becomes unthinking and automatic for a bolt ace. As long as she has at least 1 grit point, she always starts each round of combat (even a surprise round) with her crossbow loaded. Also the amount of time needed to reload a crossbow decreases by one step: a standard action becomes a move action, a move action becomes a swift action, a swift action becomes a free action, and a free action becomes not an action. This deed replaces lightning reload.

As you can see no specific action is called out, and it says the time needed is reduced by one step.

For your what you both abilities do the same thing.
