Just checking what is going on with my order. The tracking number doesn't work and it is now day 11 out of the 8 day estimate. Just want to make sure everything is alright.

When we do subscriptions we are able to batch print some of the orders. We print the labels, you get your PDFs and we put the labels on packages. There are a lot of these orders and it can take our warehouse staff 1-2 weeks to get them all shipped. This is why your email confirmation says "A package containing 3 items from Paizo Order #3359819 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, November 21 via Standard Postal Delivery, estimated 4 to 8 business days in transit."
The tracking number is generated when we process the label so it might not kick in until after the 21st when we expect to have all of the batch printed orders out the door.
Additionally, we have found that the tracking information for mail innovations has a higher chance of missing a scan somewhere in transit. Often when the package is picked up or when it switches from mail innovations to USPS. Even if the package is not scanned it will still be on its way.
