Congratz on God-hood

Homebrew and House Rules

Hello, I'm currently nearing the end of a Gestalt/Mythic campaign, which I'm running. The stakes are obviously high, matching the power level of the PC's - the conflicts on the Material Plane have earned the attention of nearly the entire Pantheon, as well as the Inner and Outer Planes. I think it would be a fitting end-campaign reward for the PC's to obtain god-hood.
So I'm turning to the forums for some advice. Should I let the PC's come up with something on their own, or be more involved in the details of their ascension? The PC's are: [Aasimar Oracle(Lore)/Bard(Archivist) - Hierophant], [Human Monk/Druid - Hierophant], [Human Fighter(Brawler)/Monk(of Many Styles) - Guardian], [Elf Wizard/Ranger(Ranged) - Trickster], and [Catfolk Rogue(Scout)/Fighter - Champion].
Any ideas for themes on deific themes, Domains, Realms, etc. would be great, or other ideas too.
Thanks!

Let them come up with there own, that way they will feel better about worshiping their old characters in future campaigns. Although you should keep an eye on them and make sure they don't make their gods too powerful.
