chronicle sheet limits

On the chronicle sheets for the items that have limits such as
+1 holy arrow(limit:4, 360gp)
is it 360 for 4
or is it 360 per arrow
I have heard multiple things and would like some feed back

There isnt anything vague about it...

its 360gp each.. with a limit of 4
which isnt bad considering its a +2 enchantment on ammo

18000 for +3 weapon/50 for ammunition cost = 360gp hence its 360 gp per arrow
