I've been playing pathfinder for almost an year and till know I didn't found anything to browse the game items/spells efficiently.
In the official books which I own its often a pain having to browse the full list and then search between the pages for the full description of an item, then going back and forth again and again for each item I would like to check.
Online the prd site it's built the same without search filters, the website d20 is organised better but here still there aren't great search tools.
For instance how could I get a list of all the items below a certain caster level and a certain amount?
Or how can I filter only the items witch grants bonus to strength?
Is there any website I missed which makes easy to browse the game content?
D20pfsrd which you already know about has the best filter I have found.
Most people don't search for items by caster level, so unless you can make a compelling argument for D20 to change their database that likely won't change.
edit: If you have any experience working with databases you might be able to convince them to let you do it, assuming you would be interested.
I think the Archives of Nethys site is organized that way.
The SRD points to Pathfinder Community, which has:
Feats
Magic Items
Monsters
NPCs
Spells
You can download all of them in any of several forms, and browse to your content.

This is mild thread necro (apologies), but I think PFSDB deserves a mention here. It is specifically for Pathfinder Society (and so you are unlikely to find anything that is banned from Society play), but it does contain the majority of Pathfinder data, and also comes with a lot of search filters.

PFSDB does not (yet) have a strict caster level filter, but it does at least have the ability to order magic items by caster level. Example: http://www.pfsdb.com/magicitems?dir=false&sorting=cl.
This sorting is a bit slow, but will get faster with use (it caches server side).

Similar to CL - you can filter magic items on PFSDB by fame, which has a direct correlation with cost.
For example, this link has all magic items purchasable for 15 fame or less: http://www.pfsdb.com/magicitems?fameRange=0%2C15
The convenience of this is that it stacks with the other search queries. For example, this link has all magic items that fit the shoulder slot that are purchasable for 15 fame or less: http://www.pfsdb.com/magicitems?slot=shoulders&fameRange=0%2C15

For this you can use the textual search on PFSDB. Thankfully Paizo was pretty consistent with how it phrases a bonus to strength, in that you merely have to search for items which contain the phrase 'bonus to strength'. Again, this stacks, - here are items with a bonus to strength, purchasable for under 25 fame: http://www.pfsdb.com/magicitems?fameRange=0%2C25&search=bonus%20to%20st rength
