So I am trying to find out if Seltyiel is playable for organized play and if so what class deck would he use. Any info would be greatly appreciated also if any one has a resource that possibly shows which box characters are playable and what class deck they use I would be forver in your debt.

The only character (apart from the main box characters that have the same class as a class deck) from the box that is "unlockable" so far is Jirelle with cards from the Rogue deck. You'll have to complete the Lost at Sea adventure with a character to unlock her.

You can only play characters that have a class deck for their class. Currently Jirelle is an exception, if you complete the first OP adventure you earn the ability to use her with the Rogue deck. There is no Magus deck, so you cannot use Seltyiel.

If you were trying to play Seltyiel with a class deck (not for official OP, as detailed above) - what would people use? Although the Fighter deck has some spells, I don't feel like they'd be enough,
- the selection of Weapons in the Wizard deck isn't great either, but I feel like this would be a slightly more plausible option - at least he's weapons proficient.

Seltyiel is probably a great candidate for a "multi-class" deck, allowing some specific combination of the Fighter and Wizard decks.

If they ever considered multiclass decks, Seltyiel and Feiya would be the twin poster children for it.
