Mispackaged Burnt Offerings in Runelords Base Set (Pathfinder Card Game)

I've tried to contact customer service by email and voicemail, but I can't seem to get a response, so I'll throw something in here as well.

I purchased a Pathfinder Card Game base set (Runelord) from a vendor on Amazon.com early last week. The game was opened, cards sleeved and the base set scenarios were played through before we bothered to unpackaged the included 1st adventure pack. When we opened the Burnt Offerings box, we found 2 sets of identical cards. Instead of a set of scenario cards, locations and banes and a seperate set of boon cards, we have two copies of each scenario, location and bane.

It would be possible to contact the vendor to resolve the issue, but I was hoping customer service would have a more amicable solution (again, the cards are all sleeved (excepting the 1st adventure set) and the base set has been organized and broken in).

Please let me know if there's anything that can be done. We love the game and we want to be devoted customers, but this hiccup needs some kind of resolution.

I'm sorry you were having difficulty getting through to us. If you were emailing from the same email that your account is under, I can't find any emails from you, you may want to double check the address (customer.service@paizo.com). If you're sending it to that address can you let me know, if its not coming through I'd like our server admin to take a look.

When purchasing through a 3rd party the first step is to go through the 3rd party for resolution. They should be able to provide a refund or exchange. If they are unwilling or unable to assist, let us know.
