Hi All,

My payment method is showing as declined due to insufficient funds.

I have checked, and there are the required funds in the account. The card in question is a Visa debit card from a New Zealand bank, and it's not the first time it has been declined by your payment system when there are funds present.

Is there something we can do about this?

Have just tried changing payment details on the order, and the system won't let me. It doesn't let me enter the verification number.

I'm sorry for the confusion with your order! I've looked into the matter, and it seems that your order was able to process for shipping earlier today. It looks like the changes you made to the payment method did sink in eventually, and that was what our system needed to get things going.

Please let us know if you have any other problems with this in the future and we'll be glad to do some investigating to see if we can figure it out. In the meantime, your order should be on the way.
