If you can, your GM should hang up his shield and let someone else do the job. The bottle doesn't work this way, anyway.
There is also a 10% chance (91–100) that the efreeti of the bottle grants three wishes. In either case, afterward the efreeti disappears forever, and the bottle becomes nonmagical.

Ok that makes sense to me it's powerful but dangerous and use with caution

I prefer to think of it as holding bestiary entries to their alignment. That said, Efreeti don't have the Evil subtype, which means that finding Efreeti of variant alignments is very well within the realm of possibility.
If I have a lawful evil efreeti/hobgoblin/aasimar/dragon/aristocrat offering players assistance, it's just due process that they be careful.
Same applies if they were taking wishes from a Glabrezu.
"True tests never end," is the appropriate phrase I believe.
