Advice

I would like to know if I am adding up my numbers correctly.

I have a fighter 2 / ranger 8.
STR - 12
DEX - 21
BAB - 10

The feats I have are:
Point Blank Shot
Precise Shot
Rapid Shot
Clustered Shot
Improved Precise Shot
Weapon Focus (Longbow)
Manyshot

My favored enemies are:
Goblins + 2
Giants + 4

I am using a +1 Icy Burst Composite Longbow

What should my attack and damage numbers look like while using this bow?

From farther than 30' hitting a target that is not a goblin or giant, but using Manyshot and Rapid Shot (you need Deadly Aim--way better than Weapon Focus):

+15/+15/+10 to hit

Your first shot would deal 2d8+2d6+4. Your second and third shot would onl deal 1d8+1d6+2.

Looks like there are a couple of feats still open. I count that you should have nine in total. 5 from leveling, 2 from fighter and 2 from ranger.

If you are human, add one more.

There are other feats this character has but they add nothing to the attack numbers. Thats why i didnt add them here. Thanks for the help in adding up my numbers.

As I thought I was off by a couple. I was adding in 2 more from the composite longbow. That wording has never been real clear to me.

YOur TO hit is wrong. he gets +10/+5 BAB, +5 DEX, +1 Weapon enhancement bonus = 16/16/11

To-hit::

BAB+10 (Fighter 2/ Ranger 8)
DEX+5 (21 Dex)
Weapon Focus (Longbow)+1
Enhancement Bonus +1

Standard Attack +17/+15
with Rapid Shot +15/+15/+10

Damage::

Base Arrow 1d8
Enhancement +1
Cold Damage +1d6
Strength Bonus (if applicable, you didn't specify, but I would assume you would go for a composite longbow for your STR) +1

So, normally 1d8+1d6+2 per arrow
1st shot is a multi-shot, so 2d8+2d6+4 if the first shot of each round hits

On a crit, you inflict an additional 2d10 cold.

Also, within 30 ft add one to both to-hit & damage.

Please find the area under the function f(x) = sin(x)+9 from 0 to Pi/2

Anyways I agree that you should really pickup deadly aim but weapon focus is not a complete waste, especially if you are not consistently getting your favored enemy bonus. A lot of penalties to your attack roll can really decrease your DPR so buffering that can be beneficial in the long run.

Nope. It's +10/+5, +5 Dex, +1 Weapon enhancement, +1 Weapon focus, -2 Rapid Shot

I was actually worried that I would sound insulting with using what I did.

And I did not create this character from the get go. It is a NPC from Rise of the Runelords that I picked up as a cohort. You should be able to figure out who.

I am always getting confused with the wording of composite longbow.

No offense taken whatsoever. In all honesty, I don't care for higher math one bit.

I actually saw the title and immediately went "that's right up my alley!" No offense taken in the slightest.
