The faction icons were updated for a short period of time last night, but have since changed back to the old ones for unknown reasons.

They had changed to text of the new faction names, at least as far as I saw.

I saw the updated icons for a few minutes last night, then I got a server error message. When I reloaded, I had the text names. By this morning, my characters were back to their Season 5 faction icons.
