What the heck is wrong with the STORE check-out system

I have tried for 2 days now on multiple browers to place an order of 70+ items, everytime I get to check-out it sends sme back to re-enter my passsword and then sends sme back to the front page. Rinse and repeat to no success and it will never let me check out and pay....... what a terrible way to lose a customer and big sale.

Wow that's weird. I placed an order just yesterday without any trouble. Granted it wasn't 70 items maybe 12. Did you try e-mailing customer service at all? I usually hear back from them pretty quickly when I have a problem.

I've seen people have problems with large orders before. Basically, the server request times out before the order can be completely processed.

If you still want to order the items, you can do one of two things:

OPTION 1: Break the order up into two orders. When you submit the second order, I believe if you click the shipping button you can choose to combine that order with an existing order, then choose the first order. If you can't, submit order 2 separately and then ask Customer Service (a thread in the Customer Service forum will do) to combine the orders for you.

OPTION 2: Leave all the items in your shopping cart and ask customer service to submit the order for you (again, a thread in the customer service forum will suffice).

Do note, that the sale has them really backed up on order fulfillment, so it might be a while before you order gets shipped.

I guess I'll try to break it up under 2 orders I've tried making another account same problems. Quite frustrating

thank you guys for the work around, quite a pain in the A, had to make another account and then split it into 2 smaller orders. Quite a lot of time wasted but I guess it was worth it with the golem sale :)
