Well a cleric/warpriest/whatever only receives her powers from one god, even if she worships many. I'm sure a Lawful Good cleric would love Shelyn's works, but couldn't gain any spells from her because of their difference in ideologies on the Law-Chaos axis. That said, if such a thing were possible the character would have to be neutral to worship both a Good and an Evil deity, but they would still have to match in regards to Law-Chaos.

Shelyn could definitely have Lawful Good clerics, as she is Neutral Good and even has paladins.
But yes, a cleric can only get their spells from one deity at a time. An elven cleric could respect the whole elven pantheon, but they would still have to choose one of them as their patron. This would determine their alignment.
A character who is not a cleric or an inquisitor doesn't need to be of any one alignment to worship whoever they please. Their alignment would probably match the alignment of their chosen pantheon quite closely, as they would be influenced by the teachings of said gods, or seek a pantheon that already matches their ideals. If the pantheon contains gods of vastly different alignments, the worshiper would quite likely tend towards Neutrality. Like in the case of Taldor, which is a predominantly Neutral country.
