Hello Customer Service Super Heroes!

I tried to place a order last earlier this evening but it was rejected. I noticed that the billing address was wrong so I corrected it and placed the order again. It too was rejected.

Too make things even more confusing both of the orders are showing as pending on my card.

I rechecked (again) all of my information and there was an error in the billing address. I fixed that but I'm not going to try to order agian until I hear form you-

It looks like both attempts had issues with the billing address. Our credit card processor is very picky about making sure the billing address matches with what your bank has. I have made reversal requests for the two authorizations and you should see them expire/disappear in 1-5 business days depending on your bank's policies.

I know this is an old ass forum, but I'm hoping some customer support heroes check it out, because this is the forum I found when I was wondering about the same thing. I just went back and fixed my problem, but like StarMartyr I see 3 pending requests even though only the last 1 gave me the Pathfinder 2e pdf. I don't know if anything actually has to be done to remove the extra transactions, but if a reversal request is necessary, I would like one as soon as conveniently possible.

Hello Gruthan_,

Authorizations will disappear on their own once your bank expires them. This usually takes a few business days. We can issue authorization reversal requests, which the bank can see right away. But it is up to the bank how long they take to process those. It looks like reversal requests were already issued for you.
