Resource dependancy

Advice

So I'm playing Serpent skull and we ended last game mid encounter, and honestly unless the gm just decides to let us live, we are all going to die. I don't want to get into specifics as spoilers, but suffice to say we are screwed.

Now I've already thought up my next character mosty: An Aassimar dual-cursed oracle of life whose basic function is rendering the party unkillable (through hp damage anyways) so long as she has resources. Mostly she will be con and cha, with a sprinkle of dex, but here is the thing: everything she does is resource dependent.

I want to have a combat option that can actually do something that doesn't cost gold or uses per day but is more likely to suceed than a crossbow bolt without feats to support it, and more useful than guidance.

I love the ring of telekeneisis and I may forge one later on, however till then I want something that I can do to contribute to the fight that I can just do every turn. just one thing: melee is out. I'll probably have -1 to strength, and I'm not going to waste a spell slot to buff myself just to have a decent chance to do something like aid another.

I'm not looking for much just enough to really be able to say to myself I contributed that turn, and I'm willing to shell out a one time cost for it.

Thoughts?

Oh! I almost forgot! lvl 5.

Acid burst cantrip with an acid flask focus. Touch AC targetting!

Lantern Lodge

Buy nets?

Nonproficiency isn't a huge issue when you're targeting Touch AC and picking your spots.

The Battle Cry feat isn't quite what you want, but it still seems good.

Wheldrake did you mean acid splash? How would I get that as an oracle? Also what is this about an acid flask focus?

The net idea is actually really cool thanks.
