Question about a picture in the Game Mastery Guide?!?!

What is the beast that is shown on page 193 in the Game Mastery Guide?!?! I can't find it anywhere, it is driving me nuts! Saw it today flipping through and it really close to something I want to add in a campaign I'm working on but I have NO clue what it is called! Anyone know? Thanks! :)

My best guess is a vrock, although those stats are clearly not from a Paizo book.

The Vrock is in the Bestiary 1, is it not?

It could also be a Jyoti from Bestiary 2, which would fit better with it wielding a weapon (which it feels like we rarely see vrocks do).
