White Haired Witch (Constrict) and Final Embrace

I'm trying to understand the use of Final Embrace (feat) with the White Haired Witch's Constrict ability. Final Embrace requires having Constrict, and then in the benefit it says you can Constrict. Does this mean you Constrict TWICE each time you grapple? Otherwise, what's the point of Final Embrace?

well, you get 'grab', which is a thing that white-haired witches don't get.

grab gets you what the WHW already gets (free grapple attempt on a successful attack), but it also gives you a free +4 to your grapple checks. which is nice, but it also puts size constraints on who the WHW can grapple (her power doesn't have size constraints).

the rest is redundant, but not for, say, a serpentfolk.

My understanding of it was that a White-haired Witch gets the constrict ability with her hair attack. But by taking Final Embrace she now has the general ability of constrict, which would apply to any of her natural attacks. I'm not seeing anywhere in the feat description where it is requiring the Grab and Constrict abilities to be tied to a specific attack (i.e. claw, hair, bite, etc). But perhaps I'm missing something. <shrug>

In either regard for WHW, you have a hair attack that can grapple (free) and constrict (swift) any sized target.

By taking Final Embrace, you now can Grab a target your size or smaller at +4 on the check and then Constrict that target as a free action.

So you are spending a feat and giving up unlimited target size for a +4 on the grapple check and being able to constrict without using up your swift action. If your target is your size or smaller, then use Final Embrace. If it's bigger, just go with your natural hair ability.
