Hello all you awesome Paizo customer service people. How is your day? My day is going well. I have one little question. I placed an order for the plush Cthullu on September 30th. the item doesn't show as out of stock. Yet it has been pending for nearly a month. Now I do have until February, that's when our baby is due, but I would just like to know what is up with the order.

Hello!

While many items on are website are listed as "available", that sometimes just means that we can get them, but may not have them on hand immediately, due to limited warehouse space, and they may need to come in from a distributor. This is explained in more detail here: http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0o

It looks like it this particular plush may have taken a little longer than we anticipated to get in from a distributor. It is in now, and should be able to ship to you anytime. On that note, would you like it combined with your next subscription order to help reduce shipping costs?
