In the Monster Codex, the Tyrant's Combat tactics and feat list mention using a feat called Cruel Opportunist as one of his ways of dealing damage to the enemy. However the feat is not listen in the Bugbears new feat list nor anywhere else I can find. I would like to use this Tyrant soon but I cant go rushing out if Im not sure what the feat does.
I did a quick search (cruel opportunist) and found nothing. Shame on Paizo for producing an incomplete product.
As a quick fix: AoO, shaken for 1 round, DC damage dealt. Similar to the Cruel magic weapon special ability but less powerful. Still pretty good.

It's become a habit with them lately to not finish an archetype and then leave references to abilities cut for word count.
It's perfectly fine in the end. I used him very recently as a Boss along with his little group of other Bugbears and it did very good. Was very effective and had the players on their toes the whole fight. Used the quick fix you suggest and felt decently balanced for the most part (party had a paladin, cleric and monk on the front line so fearing them had been difficult from the start). For added fluff, played Broly's japanese VO from DBZ off of youtube as the Tyrant's laugh. Worked amazingly. Hope we get an official Feat description soon though
