Dear Paizo, I'm in similar straights as another recent poster - my order #328160 which I placed on October 2nd. This is my first order from Paizo, so I'm not sure how long the process normally takes, but it would be nice to receive some type of confirmation! Thanks for your help!

I have a pending order for Order 3328877. It was placed a day ago and I am yet to receive a response. I had cancelled a previous order weeks ago because it too so long for it to be picked and shipped, let alone someone to confirm it was being processed.

Previously I've ordered product from Paizo and it takes longer than other sites to confirm product is available and can be shipped.

I want to continue to support you guys and order direct so you get to keep margin, but in the past 12 months I've found the customer service just isn't what it used to be.

I'd appreciate it if you could please include a middle step between pending and shipped so that we have a better understanding of the status of our order. Especially for those of us placing orders on the other side of the world where we not only cop expensive shipping, but also do not receive tracking numbers for orders which can be in excess of $300 dollars.

We are all buying and playing RPGs for the love of the hobby, and if you could make it easier for me to buy your awesome products AND to know they will be shipped efficiently, that would be most appreciated.

Normally, the ordering process is faster. However, this month is the Great Golem Sale (which it looks like your order is part of). Because of the volume of sale orders to process, it is taking longer than normal to fulfill orders. I'm sorry for any inconvenience! Our warehouse is actually really small, so things like the Great Golem Sale push us past normal capacity.

That said, it looks like everything on your order looks like it should be good. I don't see anything that would be causing any problems. So, all should be well as soon as they get to your order in the queue. You'll get a shipping confirmation email when it is processed for shipping.

If you need to make any changes to the order or have any further questions, please let us know. Thanks!

Also, it looks like everything on your order should be good. I don't see any problems with the items.
