Pending order

On Thur, Oct 2,2014 I placed an order for 6 adventure path books. My order is still pending. I have sent 3 email in an attempt to get feedback on this and received no response. Where and how should I proceed.

Things are probably clogged by the Golem Sale. I'm in the same boat and have been before. Just ride it out and don't make plans for the product.

I understand that they are a small company, but you would think they would ship faster especially considering how high the shipping charges are when ordering from them. I also have an order pending, not as long as you, but over a week. I have had to delay my game awaiting the adventure path.


I went and checked, and my pending order is from Oct 3rd, over two weeks ago. Ouch...

Sorry we haven't seen/responded to your emails yet! We've been receiving and extremely high volume of inquires and it's taking longer that we would like to get caught up on everything.

Please note that most of the items on the Great Golem Sale (and our website right now in general) have an estimated Product Availability of shipping from our website in 2 to 14 business days. This is listed in the product descriptions. Most of the sale orders will likely be on the longer end of that estimate (if not a bit beyond) just because of the volume of sale orders to process.

It looks like your order should be good (I don't see any potential issues), the warehouse just has not quite made it to it in the shipping queue yet. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The shipping prices we offer on our website are the amount we pay for shipping, as its not our goal to make any profit on the costs of shipping. We only have one warehouse here at Paizo that we ship all of our products from, whereas other companies may have more warehouses which allow them to ship from a large range of locations, significantly reducing their cost of shipping since they're shipping from a much closer location.

All of our shipping costs are calculated based on weight and what we actually have to pay for shipping.

In other news, I have checked your order, and it looks like everything related to your order should be good too, the warehouse just has not made it to it in the queue as of yet. The sale items have a listed Product Availability of "ships from our warehouse in 2 to 14 business days." Sale orders will likely stretch to the longer end of that estimate, because of the volume of sale orders to process at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
