Which lvl 4 spell of the sorcerer list to choose?

What in your opinion is the best spell to choose out of the lvl 4 sorcerer spells?

Black Tentacles is a great one.

Depends on your specialised area of magic and metamagics: extended haste, intensified fireball, persistent hideous laughter, etc, etc.

Failing that Confusion is fun, if a lot of dice rolling.

Can you tell us anything more about your character? What's his bloodline, what feats does he already have, and what are his go-to spells so far?

Mainly damage based. Draconic with Dragon Disciple levels. Feats mainly consist out of light armor proficiency, arcane training, toughness, meta magic elemental and spell penetration.

Fireballs are my main source of damage.

Also Black Tentacles is a mainly used spell by another magic user in our party so I'd prefer not to choose that one.

Dimension Door is useful.

Enervation is a good one as well.

Greater Flaming Sphere might be neat if you are fire-based, giving a control option on top of blasting away.

Shadow Conjuration, get just a whole bunch of spells

Enervation is a great one. DD cuts into your caster levels, so dropping their saves with an Enervation can help compensate

If you don't have it yet the spell dragon's breath is my favorite 4th level blaster, you get access to all the energy types and different shapes too.

Since I'm draconic, I figured that wouldn't be a great choice because of breath weapon. Also because of fireballs and elemental spell

Dragon Disciple? Dimension Door. Unless I'm mistaken you're going into "fighter-type with magic" and dimension door helps you get to enemies who keep trying to get away from your terrifying claws.

Enervation. Can't tell you how many times this has crippled BBEGs for my draconian sorc.

Enervation hands down. No save with negative levels.
D. Door, emergency force sphere, greater invisibility, stone shape, and black tentacles

All are good picks.
