The Most Interesting NPC in the World

Have you ever wanted to play a character that somehow smoozzes their way through life just on sass and smooth talk?

Well, I've got a character skeleton for you...though they do not really function well until level 15.

Well, such is the price of being amazing. As I said, a very good NPC material, or perhaps something for a campaign in which you start at level 15. Or just for a roadblock you want to throw in your PCs way and watch them struggle against.

Nameless Wanderer
At Least: Mysterious Stranger 11, Nature Oracle 4
Cha>Dex>Con>Wis>Int=Str

Important Things:
Feat: Divine Protection
Feat: Noble Scion (War)
Feat: Signature Deed (Focused Aim)
Mystery: Nature's Whispers
At least a +1 Reliable Pistol (Total bonus of +2)
Headband of Alluring Charisma +2/4/6
Belt of Incredible Dexterity +2/4/6 (Optional but suggested)

Charisma is now applied to: Damage (bonus), Initiative (replaces Dex), All Saving Throws (bonus), and AC and CMB (replaces Dex).

You need Dex to hit their touch AC, almost everything else has replaced Dexterity (Still adds to damage once you have Gun training 2 and is helpful for hitting, so you can boost or ignore Dexterity as you choose. Two different stat boosts to an attack is hard to pass up).

You do not need Quick Clear since a Reliable Pistol cannot misfire, if you would Misfire for whatever reason (likely magical) you can use your Charisma to avoid it. By level 13 you would have Gun Training with the Pistol making it scale off both Dex and Charisma as long as you used Focused Aim, which becomes free at level 15.

Naturally I do not have the whole character built out, but that is because other than the above there is a lot that can be messed around with. I would not suggest different weapons since the Pistol is the best 1 point Misfire weapon, but otherwise you can kind of go nuts with Races and the rest of your feats besides the normal Funslinger ones like Rapid Reload and etc.

Anyway, just wanted to mention that if you can skip all that nonsense of lacking gun training while leveling up and not having the 8000 gold to get a +1 Reliable pistol for a while to make up for lacking Quick Clear, then Mysterious Stranger is pretty good.
