Snap Shot + Combat Reflexes: Free reload?

What are the rules for reloading an arrow out of turn? The Snap Shot chain is pretty bad if there isn't some RAW way to reload for the AOOs.

Well no they work just fine, just not with Combat Reflexes. Just reload at the end of your turn and you are golden.
