Order 3265223 - Incorrect Package Contents

Sorry to pester, but I haven't received a response to the email I sent on Oct. 6, so I thought I'd post this here for more visibility.

I appear to be one of the unluckies whose AD2: Raiders of the Fever Sea contained the Character Add-On Deck contents.

While the Add-On Deck has been a long time coming, I really only need the one. 8>)

How can we facilitate a replacement? Do you want the incorrect package back?

Prompt attention would be very much appreciated; I'm running OP and we're going to catch up to Adventure 2 before we know it…

Sorry about that! We'll get a replacement Deck 2 sent out as soon as we can.

Feel free to keep the incorrect one with our apologies. If you can't use the cards, please pass them along to someone who can or donate them somewhere.

I also got the same problem. I sent a photo and email off to customer service but never received a reply. Hopefully I can tag on to the attention this post got.

Sorry we didn't get back to your email, but we have still got quite a backlog in our inbox and just had not seen yours yet. I've got a replacement for your Adventure Deck #2 all set up to be sent out to you ASAP.

In the future if you have a question for Customer Service to post on the messageboard, it is best to create your own post so that it doesn't accidentally get looked over if it is tagged onto someone else's thread.
