Hello Karl,

I've looked into your order #3310197, and everything seems to be just fine. The items are all available and it looks like your credit card was able to be authorized, so it is just pending because our warehouse it trying to get through the large number of orders that were generated by the Great Golem Sale and our monthly subscriptions. They process orders in waves, so they should send you a confirmation email when they get to your place in the queue.
