Hello Jim,

I've looked into your order, and it seems that it's just a big bogged down by the many Great Golem Sale orders that our warehouse is trying to go through. Your order itself is on the larger side, so that may explain why they have not reached it in the shipping queue. Apart from that, it doesn't look like anything in particular is holding up the order.

I'll give your order a bit of a shove to see if I can't get it out of here a little more quickly, but I don't have an exact estimate for when the warehouse will be able to process it. You should get a shipping confirmation email once they are ready to process it for shipping.

If there is anything else I can do in the meantime to help out, please don't hesitate to let me know.
