Advice on a Synth Summoner

Advice

Okso I need advice for a Synth Summoner for todays game. One of my party mates has just joined the game and while having worked a double shift has had no time to build themselves a character.

I got a few bits of intel for the race and stats though.
Elan is the race
* We play that they are immortal.. and venerable Elans do not lose physical stats but gain the mental ability bonuses

What he wants is a character who is good at being the party face when he needs to but, but also to transform and throw down with the best fighters in the field.

He is particularly fond of Venom and Spawn style of combat, using tendrils and other forms of attacks that have reach. But he wants to maintain magical attack or control prowess.

What Level?

Assuming First, take the feat Extra evolution
Quadroped Base form, Add Limbs/Arms (a must for spell casting while transformed) Add Tentacle x 2, and Pounce. Later you can invest in reach for the tentacles, and eventually Large Size to increase damage output and reach.

At first level he'll be able to charge and make a full attack with an attack line of Weapon/Bite/Tentacle/Tentacle.

Doesn't Synth not qualify as they do not have the normal eidolons class feature.

Also its a level 5 build, sorry i forgot to mention it.
Also so I still get the normal Eidolons progression?

Yes, The super over simplified method is:

1. Build the eidolon but without the feats and skills.

2. Build the synth as if he were a normal summoner (those are the stats you'll use unfused).

3. As a separate stat block combine the two. The Summoners STR, Dex, and Con are replaced by the Eidolon's (enhancement bonuses from magic items will effect the eidolon's physical scores when fused). Recalculate Base HP per the new adjusted con score & add the Eidolon's HP (adjusted by con enhancements)as temporary HP on top. Fortitude and Reflex Saves use the Summoner base and the Eidolon's modifiers, Initiative, Attack Bonus, CMB,CMD and Str/Dex Skills all now use the Eidolon's physical scores.
Figure out your attacks based on the new attack bonus and remember if the Eidolon can use a weapon (it needs hands) then it gets weapon attacks and all of its natural attacks as secondary attacks (-5 until multi-attack) during a full attack action. Also remember it needs at least one free hand to cast spells with somatic components.
