Sunder potion for attack of opportunity?

Is sundering a potion when an opponent attempts to drink a potion in combat legal?

For a rather bizarre case, if the above is legal, if someone tried to sunder a potion with a bite attack, would you allow them to get the effects of it?

First question, yes:
