Hero Lab and Gamemastery / Pathfinder Module

Hello, I've been using Hero Lab to update NPCs from the various Gamemastery Modules and 3.5 Pathfinder Modules, but I've come to a halt concerning the new monsters that appear in them. Are there any official licenses or user-made content that has the monster races in Pathfinder? For example, I'm converting "FLight of the Red Raven" and I have the Hoary Muntjac and the SNowdrifter monsters to convert. Has someone already converted them and the myriad other monsters Paizo introduced in 3.5?

The quick conversion works fine:
Add improved initiative and Toughness , + advanced simple template, they should be at the proper cr.

Or you can just go by the default that Pathfinder assumes that 3.5 monsters/npc are at cr-1.
